04SMS and text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our website or lead form, you consent to receive recurring transactional and service-related SMS text messages from Luminate Energy. Messages cover weekly account updates, utility approval status, inspection scheduling, and responses to customer inquiries.

• Frequency: Up to 2 messages per week, varying with your interactions.
• Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: Reply HELP, or text HELP to (832) 209-8920, for assistance.
• No sharing: SMS opt-in data and phone numbers used for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliate companies for marketing.

05Cookies and analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns (such as how many people visit each page) without identifying individual visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

11365 mobile application

Luminate Energy operates a separate mobile application called 365 for solar sales, installation, and operations teams. The 365 app collects different data (sign-in identifiers, install job photos, push notification tokens, and — in a future release — opt-in background location during active jobs) under a separate privacy policy.
